The name Amber Hikes rings a bell in most LGBTQ circles on the East Coast. As the former Executive Director of the Philadelphia Office of LGBTQ Affairs and current Chief Equity Officer of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) she’s done some amazing work in the community. The trail she blazes is black and brown as she advocates for Queer People of Color and had a major role in the creation of the official Philadelphia Pride Flag.
